“ I first met Jill at the Women's Expo in Flint. I was facing a major back surgery in two weeks and knew I might be needing some therapy. Her warm personality pulled me into her booth and she asked if I wanted a chair massage. I was hesitant as I had a rare condition in my thoracic spine and was not wanting any damage done as I was already facing possible paralysis. She asked me about my surgery and I was shocked to find out that she knew about it and had heard good things about my Neurosurgeon. When it was time for me to get some therapy I wanted Jill to work on me. Even though she her offices were a thirty mile plus each way trip, it was the right decision. At her office you are not just another person in an assembly line. You are treated in a private room. She talks with you and gets to know you to see how she can best help. I can not tell you how many times I have been to places that the entire staff would be talking to each other while working on patients. I have always thought that it was rude, but after dealing with Jill I also realized that they were not investing their time into my progress like she did. What a difference!! I drove past a couple dozen Physical Therapy businesses to be treated there and it was worth it. She really takes the time to help you in any way she can. If you need thereapy and want the personal attention you deserve, then go to Max Well Therapy!! ”

“ I went to Maxwell Physical Therapy for over 90 days for vertigo in late 2012 and early 2013. I went to the Grand Blanc office and worked with Jill and Fran. Jill did my therapy and was very kind. I was pretty much a mess when I first started going there. She was very patient with me and very caring in what i could or couldn't do. She was very encouraging and she actually figured out what was wrong with me months before my doctors did. Fran is awesome. She gives a great massage and she always has a smile on her face and more than willing to do what is needed to be done to accommodate your schedule. If I still lived in the area, I would absolutely go to them again. They are the best!! ”

He has difficulty forming personal relationships and I was concerned he wouldn't cooperate with the therapists, but they were were warm and welcoming, making the experience very positive. Now he loves going to therapy and is doing much better. I highly recommend Max Well and wouldn't go anywhere else. ”

They worked with me with my lower back pain. I developed pain in my leg after about two weeks. I thought it was from therapy. When my symptoms progressed. Meghan and Emilie recommended that I go to emergency. I soon found out I had a bone marrow infection. If it wasn't for there caring compassion I would have wrote it off, and worked through it. I will definitely be going back after I recover from this set back. Also I highly recommend them to everyone. The best staff ever. Would highly recommend them to anyone seeking physical therapy. Very professional and one on one treatment. ”

I slept on the couch for 3 weeks because it was too painful to get in and out of bed. I love Max Well Therapy! Everyone is so friendly and compassionate and listen to you! I am 90% better at doing life since I started coming here! I can do all my normal activities with little to no pain or stiffness. I will miss seeing all the therapists, for sure! ”
